Mugical uses large language models and other AI systems to generate song lyrics, style prompts, and related creative content. All output is produced algorithmically and is provided for creative assistance only.

• Generated content is produced by statistical models trained on large corpora of text. It may occasionally produce phrases, rhymes, or structures that resemble existing copyrighted works — this is an inherent characteristic of generative AI.
• Mugical does NOT guarantee that any generated output is unique, original, or free from similarity to existing songs, poems, or other literary works.
• Mugical does NOT screen generated content against copyright databases, music catalogues, or other intellectual property registries.
• Users are solely responsible for reviewing generated content and conducting their own clearance checks before using it in any public, commercial, or distributed context.

By using Mugical you accept full and exclusive responsibility for all uses of generated content. Specifically:

• You must independently verify that lyrics, style prompts, or other outputs do not copy, closely imitate, or infringe upon any existing songs, poems, or other literary or artistic works.
• You are responsible for clearing all necessary rights before distributing, publishing, licensing, or monetising any content created with the service.
• Mugical is a creative tool. You — not Mugical — are the publisher and rights-holder of any work you elect to use, release, or commercialise.
• You agree not to rely solely on Mugical output for any purpose that requires legally verified originality (e.g., copyright registration, sync licensing, commercial release).

The service and all content generated through it are provided "as-is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mugical expressly disclaims:

• Any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Any representation that generated content will be original, accurate, suitable for commercial release, or eligible for copyright registration.
• Any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
• Any representation as to the fitness of generated content for use on any particular platform, including Suno, Mureka, Spotify, YouTube, or any other distribution service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mugical, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or generated content.

This limitation applies to all claims, including but not limited to:

• Copyright infringement claims or DMCA takedown notices arising from your use of generated content.
• Licensing disputes, sync-rights disputes, or mechanical-royalty claims.
• Claims from third-party platforms (Suno, Mureka, Spotify, YouTube, etc.) arising from your uploaded or distributed content.
• Any losses of revenue, reputation, or opportunity relating to your creative projects.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mugical and its affiliates against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of generated content or your breach of these terms.

• You retain all rights in the inputs you provide to the service (inspiration text, genre choices, parameters, etc.).
• Ownership of AI-generated outputs is a rapidly evolving area of law and varies by jurisdiction. Mugical makes no representation as to who holds copyright in generated content.
• Mugical does not claim ownership of outputs generated for you.
• You should consult qualified legal counsel in your jurisdiction regarding the copyright eligibility and ownership of AI-generated works before commercialising any output.

You agree not to use Mugical to:

• Intentionally prompt the service to reproduce or closely replicate specific copyrighted songs, lyrics, or other protected works.
• Generate content designed to impersonate or imitate a specific living or deceased artist.
• Create or distribute content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the service.

Mugical reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice and without refund.

Generated content from Mugical may be used with third-party AI music platforms and distribution services.

• Mugical is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Suno, Mureka, Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, TikTok, or any other third-party platform.
• Each third-party platform has its own terms of service, content policies, and intellectual property requirements. You are solely responsible for complying with those terms.
• Mugical makes no representation that generated content will be accepted, approved, or permitted on any third-party platform.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using Mugical, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Inputs and outputs may be used in aggregate, anonymised form to improve the service unless you opt out.

Mugical reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the modified terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the service.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which Mugical operates, as determined at Mugical's sole discretion.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
